1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Cheeze Studio for any services (including but not limited to 3D Visualization, Web Development, Social Media, Branding, and Photography), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Deliverables

Cheeze Studio provides digital and creative services as outlined in the official quote or project proposal provided to the client. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate projects, or modify deliverables if the project scope changes significantly from the initial agreement.

3. Revisions and Modifications

We want you to be thrilled with the final result. Our standard project quotes include a specific number of revision rounds (as detailed in your project proposal).

  • Minor tweaks within the original scope are included in these rounds.
  • Major design changes, architectural modifications, or complete concept overhauls requested after initial approvals will be billed at an additional hourly or flat rate.

4. Payment Terms

To ensure dedication to your project, we require an initial deposit before any work commences.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable advance payment (usually 50%, unless otherwise stated) is required to secure your booking in our schedule.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery of final high-resolution files, source code, or unwatermarked images/videos.
  • Delay in final payment may result in a delay in delivering the final files.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Ownership of the final designs and media transfers to you only upon receipt of full payment.

  • Client Ownership: Upon final payment, the client obtains the rights to use the final rendered images, photos, or compiled websites for their intended commercial or personal purpose.
  • Studio Rights: Cheeze Studio retains the right to use any preliminary concepts, drafts, and the final completed project in our professional portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project start.
  • Source files (e.g., raw 3D models, raw photography files, editable project files) remain the intellectual property of Cheeze Studio and are not released unless explicitly agreed upon and purchased separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

The successful completion of a project relies on client cooperation. The client agrees to provide timely feedback, accurate design briefs, CAD files, mood boards, or any other materials required to complete the work. Delays in client feedback may push back the final delivery deadline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cheeze Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.
